Combining fun with fitness, with Health Angels, you'll experience a mixture of cardio, core stability, strength training, boxing & games, to give you a full body workout with our 12 week group fitness program.
Our group fitness program caters to all ages and fitness levels*,(beginners are especially welcome), in a non competitive environment. Train in the fresh air with a friendly group fitness instructor who will exhilarate and motivate you into forming a wellness habit for a lifetime.
MEETING YOUR NEEDS
Our groups sizes are limited to 10 per session, ensuring we meet all your individual needs with enjoyment of training in a group environment on your journey to optimal health.
RESULTS TRACKING
We review your progress every 6 weeks, with a fitness review, so you can see the amazing results you've achieved. Read about our members amazing results.
FLEXIBLE TIMETABLE
You’re not locked into the same session every week. Change your session times and locations to suit your busy lifestyle, with our flexible timetable.
LASTING RESULTS
12 weeks is the minimum time you need to make a lasting change to your body - not a temporary quick fix. After 12 weeks you’ll be leaner, stronger, healthier and feeling better no matter what your fitness level was to begin with#.
